How do I order a custom piece?

Ordering something custom is easy! Contact me through the contact page letting me know what you have in mind and we will go from there.

How much will shipping be?

The shipping price will vary due to the size and weight of each piece, as well as, location. If you are ordering locally, the option to pick up your piece is available.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Currently, only smaller items such as kitchenware and home decor can be shipped to locations outside of Canada.

How long does a project take to complete?

Each project is totally unique. Smaller items (kitchenware, home decor) may take 2-6 weeks while, larger items may take 8-16 weeks.

Is there warranty?

“First year” warranty comes with every order. If something you bought becomes damaged, you can contact me to fix it within the first year.
